| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit/debit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or Europe, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or Euros. We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro, Switch, Amex & Visa Electron. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or safely over the internet as all credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption and are only decrypted by Streamline to capture the payment. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Your credit card details are completely safe when ordering from me. | Shipping And Handling All prices include shipping and handling, no extra charges to pay. Apart from postage to non EU countries, USA & Australia on smaller model bikes, books & boxed Bad Taste Bears at an extra £2 per item. I am happy to accept overseas orders at the same prices as shown however if you wish the goods to be sent to a different address to the cardholder then I may ask you to fax me a signed photocopy of both sides of the credit card to prevent fraud. Real bikers don't steal! |
| Delivery Schedule I will deliver your order right away. I will normally send your order out next day if ordered on a business day, 2-3 days if ordered over a weekend. International orders are generally received in under 14 days. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
